Hedgehog Recipe

Serves/Makes: 8
Ingredients:
1 stick butter
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup sugar
1 cup sultanas
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 packet Marie Biscuits
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan then add cocoa and sugar. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Add egg to sultanas and beat. Add mixture to saucepan and boil contents. Remove from heat.
Break Marie Biscuits then add to mixture along with Vanilla. Press into a flat, buttered tray and place in fridge. When doubling the recipe use only 1 and a half cups of sugar.
