Ingredients:
2 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk
2 cups blueberries

Directions:

Beat together eggs, sugar and oil.

Mix the flour, salt and baking powder. Add to egg mixture with milk and blueberries, stirring just enough to blend. Fill greased muffin pans 3/4 full.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
