Blueberry Crumb Muffins Recipe

Serves/Makes: 12
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
***Crumb Mixture***
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Combine milk, egg and oil and add to the dry ingredients. Beat slightly to moisten. Do not over mix. Fill greased and floured muffin cups half full and sprinkle tops with Crumb mixture. Bake for 20 minutes. To prepare crumb mixture combine the dry ingredients, cut in butter until coarse consistency.
