ingredients
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup white flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup mashed banana
1/4 cup salad oil
1/4 cup honey
directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine the flours, baking powder, salt and oatmeal. Stir.
Beat egg, stir in milk, banana, salad oil and honey. Pour into flour mixture and stir until evenly moist.
Spoon into greased muffin cups and bake for 14 minutes.
