Cajun Crab Dip Recipe

Serves/Makes: 6
Ingredients:
3 cans (6 oz size) crabmeat
6 green onions, chopped
1 large red pepper, diced
1/2 tablespoon butter
1 can tomatoes, drained
garlic powder, to taste
hot pepper sauce, to taste
1 pound soft processed cheese, cut into chunks
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
pepper and salt, to taste
Directions:
Saute onions and pepper in butter. Place in a crock-pot along with the tomatoes, seasoning and cheese. Cook on high until cheese is meleted. Add crab meat and cook on low for approximately 60 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or toasted garlic bread squares.
