Fish (Beer) Batter Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup beer
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
Directions:
Beat until smooth. Dip bite size pieces of any fish in batter and deep fry at 375 F until golden brown.
