ingredients
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup pitted dates
1 cup seedless raisins
1 cup flaked coconut
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons orange juice
more confectioners' sugar as needed
directions
Using the coarse blade, force fruits through a food chopper. Add the powdered sugar and orange juice. Mix well and chill.
Shape into 1" balls, using powdered sugar on hands and rolling surface as needed. Roll the balls in colored sugars.
Store with waxed paper between layers in a cool place in a tightly covered container.
