Vegetable Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1 zucchini -- sliced
1 yellow squash -- sliced
2 carrots -- thinly sliced
1 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms -- sliced
10 ounces frozen broccoli spears
4 green onions -- sliced
2 cloves garlic -- minced
1/2 teaspoon basil -- dried
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup parmesan cheese -- grated
12 ounces fettucine
1 cup mozzarella cheese --shredded
1 cup cream
2 egg yolks
Directions:
Place zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, onions, garlic, seasonings and parmesan in greased crockpot. Cover; cook on High 2 hours. Cook fettucine according to package directions; drain. Add cooked fettucine, mozzarella, cream and egg yolks. Stir to blend well. Allow to heat for 15 to 30 minutes.
