Cheesy Baked Ziti Recipe

Ingredients:
8 ounces ziti pasta
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded fontina or Cheddar cheese
***Topping***
3 tablespoons Italian-style bread crumbs
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 2 quart baking dish. Cook pasta according to package directions, about 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion; saute, stirring until translucent, about 10 minutes. Add flour, mustard and pepper; mix well. Whisk in milk; cook, whisking, until thickened. Add fontina; cook, stirring, until cheese is melted.
Drain pasta in a colander; gently stir pasta into cheese sauce. Transfer to prepared baking dish.
For topping: In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan and melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over pasta mixture. Bake until browned, about 25 minutes.
