14 ounces marinara sauce
4 turkey breast cutlets
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
directions
Preheat oven to 400F. Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray. Spread about 1/2 cup of the sauce over the bottom of the baking dish and arrange the cutlets on top.
Spread remaining sauce over the cutlets. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, cover with aluminum foil and bake 15 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 10 minutes longer, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
