Simply Sauteed Turkey Cutlets

ingredients
4 turkey cutlets, about 5 ounces each
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
directions
Season the turkey cutlets with salt, pepper and then drizzle with olive oil.
Place a saute pan large enough to accommodate all the cutlets over medium-high heat.
Add the turkey cutlets and lower the heat to medium. Cook until well-browned on one side, about 4 to 5 minutes. Turn the cutlets over and cook 2 to 3 minutes more.

I had never cooked turkey cutlets before, only baked whole turkey or turkey breast. I seasoned with more than just salt and pepper, but the recipe was very good.
