ingredients
1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup Heinz 57 sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
directions
Thoroughly combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, milk, Heinz 57 sauce, salt and pepper.
Shape into a loaf in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Allow meatloaf to stand 5 minutes before slicing.
