Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef
1 egg
1/3 cup oatmeal
3 tablespoons onion soup mix
1/4 cup ketchup
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients, shape into meatloaf and place in crockpot. Top with ketchup. Cover and cook 8-10 hours on low.
