Bulgar Meatloaf

ingredients

1 cup cooked bulgar
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 pound lean ground beef
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine bulgar, half the chili sauce, green pepper, onion, ground beef, egg, salt and pepper in large bowl. Pat meat mixture into ungreased 8x4-inch loaf pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until no longer pink.

Top with remaining chili sauce. Continue baking for 7 to 10 minutes or until sauce is heated through. Remove from oven. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
