ingredients

2 pounds ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 dash worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ketchup


directions

Mix all together with hands. Mold and shape in loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from oven and drain grease. Cool before serving.

I made these into meatballs instead of a loaf (still baked in the oven). Accidentally forgot to put the egg in, but it worked nicely anyways (even though they ended up more like meat mounds than meatballs). Very popular with husband and both kids, including my 7-year-old who hates both mushrooms and onions.
