Mexican Tacos Recipe

Serves/Makes: 12 tacos
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon fat
tomatoes, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground cominos
1 teaspoon chili powder (opt.)
dash Accent
salt and pepper to taste
taco shells
lettuce, shredded
taco sauce
Directions:
Fry ground beef in fat 5 min. Add 1 tomato, onion, garlic, cominos, chili powder and Accent. Season with salt and pepper; cover and cook 15 min. longer. Fill taco shells with 2 to 3 Tbsp. meat filling. Garnish with mixture of lettuce and tomatoes; season to taste. Serve plain or with taco sauce with a dash of Tabasco sauce, if desired.
