ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 cup sour cream
4 ounces cooked noodles
directions
Brown ground beef, drain. Return to pan. Stir in soup, milk, mushrooms, onion, sour cream and noodles.
Simmer covered for 5-8 minutes.

Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.
