1 1/2 pound ground beef 1 small onion 1/2 pound noodles, cooked and blanched 1/2 cup diced or grated cheese 1/4 cup sliced olives 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup milk 1/4 cup cashews 1 can chow mein noodles
Brown ground beef and chopped onion. Add remaining ingredients using only half the chow mein noodles.
Pour into a buttered casserole; top with remaining noodles and additional chopped cashews. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
