Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
2 cans cream of celery soup, condensed
1 tablespoon mustard
salt and pepper, to taste
1 package Jiffy cornbread mix

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400º.

Crumble the meat and brown it in a skillet with the onion and green pepper. Drain off the fat. Add the soups and mustard. Stir to mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a greased 9x9 pan.

Prepare the cornbread mix according to the package directions and pour over the meat mixture, spreading it evenly to the edges of the pan.

Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the top of the cornbread is golden brown. Check by inserting a toothpick or knife for doneness.
