ingredients
2 cups Original Bisquick baking mix
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs
directions
Heat a griddle or skillet to 375 degrees F.
Stir all ingredients until blended. Pour batter in scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle.
Cook until edges are dry. Turn, cook until golden. Serve immediately (with your favorite pancake toppings).

I don't add the lemon juice but rather make chocolate pancakes by adding some cocoa powder instead. Serve with raspberry sauce and fresh whipped cream!
