ingredients
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon Asian-style spiced sea salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 rack (about 2 pound size) baby back ribs
1/2 teaspoon salt
directions
Heat oven to 300 degrees F.
In a small pot over medium heat, cook barbecue sauce, orange juice, sea salt, dry mustard and orange zest for 2 minutes or until heated through.
Place the rack of baby back ribs on rack set in foil lined roasting pan. Brush both sides of ribs with sauce mixture. Season with salt.
Roast for 1 hour, 30 minutes or until fork tender, turning once and basting frequently with remaining sauce mixture.
Let sit 10 minutes.
