20 red potatoes, boiled and chopped
12 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 bunch celery, chopped
green bell peppers, finely chopped
habanero chiles, chopped finely
jalapeno peppers, chopped finely
sweet relish
yellow mustard
mayonnaise
large white onion
black pepper
seasoned salt
celery seed
paprika (for garnish)

directions

Place potatoes, eggs and celery in a large mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients to taste.

REVIEW: recipe rating
I am the kind of cook who needs measurements so I usually shy away from recipes like this. However I love Patti's mac and cheese recipe so I just had to try it. Took a bit of effort to figure out the amounts of the other ingredients to add and I'm assuming that not ALL have to be added. I will keep tweaking it but I think this is a winner.
