German Hot Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
6 boiled potatoes
12 slices bacon, cut into pieces
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper, to taste
4 tablespoons vinegar
3/4 cup water
Directions:
Peel potatoes and slice thin. In a skillet, fry bacon until done. Remove fat from the skillet except for 2 Tbsp. then saute' onions until lightly browned. Blend in flour, sugar, salt, celery seed, and pepper. Cook until the mixture is bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in water and vinegar then heat to a boil. Stir in bacon and potatoes and cook until slightly thickened.
