Chicken & Artichokes In Garlic Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon corn oil
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 package (9-oz size) frozen artichoke hearts -- thawed
OR
1 can (14-oz. size) artichoke hearts, thoroughly drained
1 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1 package (1.6-oz size) garlic herb pasta sauce mix
hot cooked pasta or rice
Directions:
In a large skillet, warm the oil over medium high heat. Add the chicken; cook for 5 minutes or just until lightly browned, turning once. Remove the chicken from skillet.
Add the mushrooms; cook for 3 minutes while stirring constantly. Add artichokes, milk, water and pasta sauce mix. Bring to a full boil while stirring constantly. Return the chicken to skillet; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or just until chicken is cooked through. Serve over pasta or rice, while still warm.
