ingredients
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg
milk
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2/3 cup blueberries
directions
Sift the flour, sugar, and baking powder together.
Break the egg into a cup, fill up with milk and add to first mixture. Melt butter and add to all ingredients except blueberries. Beat well.
Add fresh blueberries, washed, drained and dredged with flour.
Serve hot with any favorite pudding sauce.
