Moist And Easy Pineapple Cake Squares

ingredients
2 eggs
1 can (20 ounce size) crushed pineapple, undrained
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup chopped pecans
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In large bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add the pineapple, flour, sugar, brown sugar and the baking soda. Mix by hand until well blended. Stir in pecans.
Spread in an un-greased 9 X 13 X 2-inch baking dish. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cut into squares and serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
