Boffo Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, pounded flat
1 can (16.3-oz. size) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup purchased blue cheese salad dressing
8 lettuce leaves
Directions:
In 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish, combine hot sauce, garlic powder and pepper; blend well. Add chicken breast halves; turn to coat both sides. Let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes to marinate.
Meanwhile, heat oven to 375F. Bake biscuits as directed on can.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add chicken; cook 10 to 13 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once.
Split warm biscuits. Spread bottom half of each biscuit with 1 tablespoon salad dressing. Top each with chicken, lettuce and top half of biscuit.
