Ingredients:
***Beans***
1 can (16 oz. size) refried beans
1 tablespoon ground Cumin
2 teaspoons chili powder
***Guacamole***
2 large ripe avocados
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons fresh salsa
1 tablespoon mayonaise
Lemon or lime juice (add a little to keep from turning brown)
***Remaining Layers***
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup fresh salsa
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 can sliced black olives
4 green onions, chopped

Directions:

To make beans, combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat while stirring, until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Cool the beans in the fridge while making guacamole.

Guacamole: combine all.

When beans are cooled down, spread in the bottom of a 9x11 baking dish or similar sized tupperware. Make sure beans are cool... hot beans will stick to your spoon! Top with guacamole, then add remaining ingredients in order listed. Serve with tortilla chips.

You may want to make 2-3x this amount for a large potluck, as this is sure to go FAST!
