ingredients
4 slices bacon
4 eggs
1 cup half and half
1 cup grated Swiss cheese, or use cheddar
2 cups broccoli flowerets
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook bacon until crisp, set aside.
Beat eggs with cream and cheese. Stir in broccoli, salt, garlic powder and lemon pepper. Crumble bacon.
Stir 1/2 of crumbled bacon into egg mixture. Pour mixture into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
Top with remaining bacon.
