Broccoli-Potato Soup Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 can cream of potato soup
1 package (10 oz. size) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked for 3 to 4 minutes
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat all together. If desired, run half through blender and return to pot for creamier texture.
