Ingredients:
3 ounces red lentils, soaked and drained
1 small onion chopped
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
1 medium potato, peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon tomato puree
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon cumin
13 fl. oz. hot chicken stock
