Pineapple Pepper Dip

ingredients
1 cup chopped assorted bell peppers (green, red and/or yellow)
1 cup sour cream
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1 can (8 ounce size) crushed pineapple, well drained
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh cilantro OR parsley
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
2 teaspoons finely chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
1 teaspoon grated fresh lime peel
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
fresh vegetable sticks (pepper, celery, carrot, cucumber, etc.)
tortilla chips
directions
Combine all ingredients in small mixer bowl except vegetable sticks and tortilla chips. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).
Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with fresh vegetable sticks or tortilla chips.
