Who says fancy appetizers have to be complicated? These easy bacon appetizers are a trifecta of creamy, crispy, and smoky flavors. A snack win!

ingredients
1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened
1/2 slice uncooked bacon
2 Waverly Wafers crackers
directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
Spread the cream cheese on one cracker. Top with the other cracker.
Wrap a half slice of bacon around the crackers with the seam or overlap on the bottom. Place the cracker on the baking sheet seam-side down. (repeat with as many cracker combos as you want)
Place the bacon appetizer in the oven and bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes. Remove it from the oven and let cool for 1-2 minutes before serving.
