1 can (15.5 ounce size) cannellini or white kidney beans, rinsed and drained 1 can (15.5 ounce size) pinto beans, rinsed and drained 1 can (14.5 ounce size) diced tomatoes, undrained 8 ounces sweet Italian sausage links or kielbasa, diced 1 cup sliced carrots 1 cup sliced celery 2 1/2 cups water 1 envelope herb or onion soup mix
In slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cook covered on LOW 8 to 10 hours or HIGH 4 to 6 hours.
Serve, if desired, with grated Parmesan cheese.

I made this soup for a ladies meeting at church. I added some spices (basil, oregano and parsley) and made it in a soup pot. It was a big hit...delicious. This is now my go to soup when some needs a meal brought to them.

Its always a risk trying new recipes that are found online. I just tried this one tonight since there are such few ingredients and it came out SO great! Its hearty and full of flavor. I'll definitely be making it again! Thanks :)

Very good & easy! I brought a crockpot of this to work & not only did it make our office smell great, everyone loved it & wanted the recipe. It is going to be one of my favorites!
