Minute Steak Parmesan

1 beaten egg
1 tablespoon water
1 dash black pepper
5 minute steaks
1/4 cup soda cracker crumbs
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided use
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 can (8 ounce size) pizza sauce
directions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Whisk together the egg, water, and pepper in a shallow dish. Place the soda cracker crumbs and half the grated Parmesan in another shallow dish.
Heat the oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. In batches, dip the minute steaks into the egg mixture and let any excess drip off. Then dredge in the crumb mixture. Add the the hot oil and cook on both sides until browned. Remove to paper toweling to drain. Repeat with remaining steaks.
Place the browned minute steaks in a baking dish. Evenly top with the pizza sauce and remaining grated cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes at 325 degrees F or until the cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbly.
Serve hot.

This was very easy and the first time that I have ever tried beef parmesan. It was really good, and I will definitely try it again!
