Ingredients:
1 pound tenderized round steak
1 can (15 oz size) Mexican stewed tomatoes
3/4 cup salsa
2 teaspoons beef boulllon

Directions:

Cut beef into serving-size pieces and dredge in flour. In a skillet, brown steak in a little oil. Mix tomatoes, salsa and beef bouillon and pour over steak. Cover and bake at 355 degrees F for 1 hour.
