Ingredients:
1 large round steak, trimmed and cut in 1" pieces
1 large onion, peeled and cut
3 potatoes, peeled and cut small
2 carrots, peeled and cut in small pieces
1 can (28 oz. size) tomatoes blended in blender
1 can (16 oz. size) tomatoes blended in blender
Oregano
Oil

Directions:

Put oil, onion and meat in covered baking dish. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Blend tomatoes. Add to meat with carrots, potatoes, and oregano. Cover and bake at 325 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat is tender and vegetable are done. Canned peas, drained may be added.

A nice helping of mashed potatoes is a great accompaniment (even though this dish has potatoes in it), along with a green salad and some rolls.
