Ingredients:
4 slices bacon, diced
1 onion chopped
1 1/2 cup toasted bread cubes
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon sage
2 1/2 pounds round steak, cut into serving portions
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup bouillon
1 can (8 ounce size) tomato sauce

Directions:

To make stuffing, saute bacon with onions. Mix in bread cubes, parsley, celery salt and sage. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper.

Spread each portion of steak with stuffing and roll up, holding together with tooth picks. Place in a large skillet and pour bouillon over steak. Cover and Simmer for one hour.

Pour on tomato sauce, replace cover and simmer another 45 minutes. If gravy is too thin, uncover and cook until of desired consistency.
