Creole Beef Recipe

Serves/Makes: 6
Ingredients:
2 pounds round steak, cut into chunks
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 cup Spicy V8 Juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper sauce
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
2 cloves garlic, mashed
1 package (10 oz. size) frozen okra, defrosted
Directions:
Layer the steak on the bottom of the cooker and top with the onion, celery, juice, Worcestershire, and pepper sauce. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Add the peppers, garlic, and okra. Cook on high for 30 minutes. Good with cooked white rice.
