Pan-Seared Steaks With Mushroom Gravy Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pound boneless sirloin steak, cut into equal portions
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup beef broth, resealable box
Directions:
Season steaks. Cook steaks in large nonstick skillet to desired doneness, turning once. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
Heat butter in pan drippings. Add mushrooms and cook until tender liquid is thickened to desired consistency.
