Mixed Fruit Smoothie Recipe

Serves/Makes: 6
Ingredients:
2 medium bananas
2/3 cup strawberry or mango slices
12 ounces grape juice (or other fruit nectar)
8 ounces yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons ground pistachio nuts
1 can whipped topping (spray can)
Directions:
Combine bananas, strawberries, or mango slices with grape juice, yogurt and honey.
Blend in blender until smooth.
Pour into tall glasses and chill.
Garnish with pistachio nuts.
