1/2 cup frozen fruit (peaches, blueberries, strawberries, etc.)
1/2 cup vanilla or plain yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup juice (orange, pineapple or blend)
Directions:
Whirl in blender. A great "on the go" breakfast!
