Ingredients:
1 cup low fat strawberry yogurt
1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc
2 teaspoons frozen orange juice concentrate
Directions:
Combine in a blender and mix until smooth. Thin with more orange juice if desired.
