Ingredients:
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt, lowfat
1 cup vanilla soy milk
1/3 cup prunes (pitted, rehydrated if necessary)
1 whole banana, frozen -- sliced
2 ice cubes -- crushed
Directions:
Combine the yogurt and soy milk in a blender. Add all the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
