ingredients

3 cups red rhubarb, cut small
3 cups water
3/4 cup sugar
1 can (6 ounce size) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 bottle (16 ounce size) lemon-lime carbonated beverage (e.g., 7-Up)
1 cup rum

directions

Combine first 3 ingredients. Simmer until rhubarb is tender.

Blend in a blender until smooth and add lemonade concentrate. Chill.

Add carbonated beverage and pour over ice. For daiquiris, add the rum and freeze until slushy.
