Reception Punch Recipe

Serves/Makes: 50
Ingredients:
1 small package strawberry-banana Jell-O
1 small package peach or orange Jell-O
3 cups cold water
1 can (48 ounce size) pineapple juice
2 quarts ginger ale
4 cups hot water
2 cups sugar
1 bottle (32 ounce size) lemon juice
1 bottle (1 ounce size) almond extract
Directions:
Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Make syrup of sugar and cold water. Combine ingredients with lemon, pineapple juices, and almond extract; mix well and stir.
Freeze until ready to use. Pour ginger ale over frozen punch before serving. Begin to thaw about 1 1/2 hours before serving.
