Party-Hardy Punch Recipe

Serves/Makes: 40
Ingredients:
1 can (46 oz. size) pineapple juice
1 can (46 oz. size) apple juice
3 quarts ginger ale, chilled
pineapple chunks, optional
Directions:
Combine pineapple and apple juice in very large plastic container, any container large enough to hold both juices or use 2 plastic pitchers. Freeze both juices.
When ready to serve, place pineapple and apple juice in punch bowl and add chilled ginger ale. Stir to mix and garnish with pineapple chunks.
