Ingredients:
20 ounces frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
2/3 cup butter
1 cup breadcrumbs

Directions:

Cook broccoli until tender then drain well. In saucepan heat mushroom soup and cheese until the cheese melts, then add the cooked broccoli and stir.

Place in baking dish. Melt butter in pan and add seasoned breadcrumbs. Stir until moist with butter and put on top of broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
