Ingredients:
2 large bunches broccoli
8 ounces processed cheese (such as Velveeta)
1 roll Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter

Directions:

Trim and chop broccoli into florets and coins. Toss with cubed Velveeta in a 2-3 quart casserole dish.

Melt butter in a glass measuring cup in the microwave. Crush crackers and add to melted butter, mix well, and spread on top.

Bake for 45 minutes to an hour at 350 degrees F.
