Broccoli Cheese Casserole Recipe

Serves/Makes: 6
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice
1 package frozen chopped broccoli
8 ounces jar processed cheese spread (like Cheese Whiz)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 small can sliced water chestnuts
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 dash pepper (optional)
Directions:
Saute onions and celery in butter. Mix soup, milk, and a third of the jar of cheese. Mix all ingredients, except the rest of the cheese, and put in a casserole dish.
Soften the rest of the cheese in the microwave, then spoon over the top.
Bake 40 minutes at 350F.
